Your stay includes breakfast delivered to your cottage.
- Two night minimum on weekends in high season for cottages & suites
- Bed & Breakfast Units are based on 2 guests, $25 Cdn. for additional guests
- No smoking indoors; smoking allowed on decks, gardens and beaches
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, and are subject to applicable taxes
- 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) on B&B.
- Pets: $20 Cdn fee per night. Restrictions apply, please inquire
- Deposit: 50%
- Cancellation: 14 days before arrival date
- Cancellation Penalties:
- Sufficient notice of 14 days - Full refund less $25 administration fee
- Less than 14 days notice - Loss of deposit if we are not able to re-book the unit you reserved
- No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures
- Check-In: 4:00-6:00 pm or by previous arrangement
- Check-Out: 11:00 am
