June 2nd Fishing Update from Salty Towers

We have been rather busy around Salty Towers, but I finally had time to get in the boat with Salty Dawg and go fishing. The weather has been great and the fishing reports were pretty good. Quite a few fish have been coming in and most are of a good size. Well, when breakfast was over we headed for Possession Point for a couple of hours. After a couple of nibbles, the big one hit.A good fight. My first fish of the season, a 31 pound stubby Chinook salmon. That felt REEL good.
